However reducing household environmental impact due to bathroom products isn't one of them - in fact it's one of the areas where it's easiest to make a big impact with little effort and no compromise on lifestyle.
By simply switching from liquid toiletry products (i.e. shampoos, conditioners, body washes, facial cleaners and shaving creams etc) to solid format products, consumers can immediately eliminate a large proportion of household plastic waste and help reduce carbon emissions at the same time.
Soap bars have a reputation for being old-fashioned, inconvenient and lacking in quality options - but this is all far from true in the modern world. There are many fantastic products available now for all personal care needs, skin & hair types and budget.
