Having received support by community organizations, Clarke and Cineus have made it their mission to provide their employees with the necessary training and support to help them advance both socially and economically. Depending on the season, Transport BARKLEY Inc. employs approximately 10 men at a time, between the ages of 17 and 50 years old. Transport BARKLEY Inc. employees generally come from low income, marginalized backgrounds.
