Baruch Business Leadership Initiative Overview

BLI aims to establish fundamental skills and acumen in Baruch’s underclassman population in order to better position them for careers in business (finance, consulting, etc.). We aim to make students aware of career paths in the industry, discuss the opportunities available to them, and hone the skills required to pursue those opportunities through weekly workshops, assignments, and projects. Additionally, each mentee is paired with a mentor in the industry who will help guide them through the process of establishing the fundamental skills necessary to excel in a business career.
