With 15+ years in the community health sector, we specialise in providing support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching services that are both compassionate and trauma-informed. Coming from a Social Work and Psychology background, BASE has a thorough understanding of the supports on offer in the NDIS space and the availability of broader community supports, as well as expertise in coaching and goal setting.
BASE provides support both face-to-face or via video/ telehealth to best suit the participant's needs.
We collaborate closely with participants and providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for participants are achieved to promote wellbeing and independence.
