Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. (BOP) jest polską spółką joint venture, która specjalizuje się w produkcji poliolefin.
Została utworzona w 2003 roku przez Basell Europe Holdings B.V. (obecnie: LyondellBasell Industries Holdings B.V.) i PKN ORLEN SA. Spółka należy do Grupy LyondellBasell (zwana dalej również LyondellBasell) i Grupy ORLEN. Każdy z partnerów posiada 50 procent udziałów. BOP jest jedynym producentem poliolefin w Polsce i największym krajowym wytwórcą tworzyw sztucznych.
BOP posiada w pełni od siebie zależną spółkę handlową – Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. (BOPS), która oferuje polskim przetwórcom poliolefin produkty z portfolio LyondellBasell wytworzone w trzech płockich fabrykach oraz poliolefiny wyprodukowane poza Polską. Produkty oferowane przez BOPS mają szerokie zastosowanie zarówno na rynku konsumenckim, jak i przemysłowym, m.in. w produkcji opakowań, folii, wyrobów włókienniczych i tekstylnych, a także części samochodowych i rur.

Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. (BOP) is a Polish joint venture specializing in the production of polyolefins.
It was established in 2003 by Basell Europe Holdings B.V. (currently: LyondellBasell Industries Holdings B.V.) and PKN ORLEN SA, both of which hold 50 percent of shares in BOP. The Company is part of the LyondellBasell Group (also known as LyondellBasell) and the ORLEN Group. BOP is the only Polish producer of polyolefins, and is the largest domestic producer of plastics.
Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. (BOPS), BOP's wholly-owned subsidiary, offers Polish processors of polyolefins the products from LyondellBasell's portfolio produced in the three plants in Płock. It also offers polyolefins produced outside of Poland. Products offered by BOPS have a broad range of applications on both the consumer market and the industrial market. These applications include the production of packaging, films and foils, textile and clothing products, and automotive parts and pipes.
