The Baum Group is a single-family office founded after the sale of the family-owned business. We have two investment strategies across private equity and real estate.

Our real estate strategy focuses on investments in residential and commercial real estate. While our primary focus is on Germany, we occasionally invest in select opportunities outside the country. Within our real estate portfolio, we currently manage assets with a total volume in the triple-digit million range.
