Our breads are loved by people who want hand crafted, preservative & additive free breads, and our range includes organic ,vegan and wheat or yeast free breads.
We have a very small team of experienced bakers who have 40 years of service between them. They have been trained by founder Herr Wichmann in German bread baking. Our stone based ovens and traditional clay baskets give our bread a fabulous unmatched taste and crust.
