Set in a serene setting on a pond located in the historic town of St Michaels MD. Bay Pilates offers a variety of lesson plans designed for the de-conditioned senior to the elite competitive athlete in a private or small group setting.
Bay Pilates offers ‘Classical’ Pilates training for individuals and groups in our fully-equipped Pilates studio. The studio is equipped with 5 Reformers, a Cadillac.
