Envelope Sealant was developed in 1998, and after 10 months of testing and research, it was released onto the market. Baywest Projects began operations in November 2003, installing Envelope Sealant across Northern Alberta.
We sell Envelope Sealant as an applied product, employing 20 full-time installation and administrative personnel with 8 service vehicles. All of our installers are fully trained in Fall Arrest, ACSA procedures, and First Aid.
To date we have sealed well over 1,000,000 openings with no warranty issues. Baywest Projects bases its operations out of Edmonton with locations in Calgary and Regina.
