At Advanced BioMatrix, I led the launch or acquisition of 200+ products for cell culture, tissue engineering, 3D bioprinting, and drug delivery; secured global licensing and distribution agreements; expanded the IP portfolio with trademarks and patents; and successfully supported the company’s acquisition by BICO.
Following the acquisition, I worked across 14 BICO companies to drive cross-company synergies, boost organic sales, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability.
