BDR Thermea Foundation Overview

BDR Thermea Foundation is a new, independent, non-profit organisation founded by the BDR Thermea Shareholder of BDR Thermea Group. It’s our mission to ensure that youth, from all backgrounds and gender, have the opportunity and are equipped with the skills, attitude and knowledge to lead impactful careers, that make affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy accessible for all. We aim to break down barriers, spark interest for tech-education, and advocate for lifelong education. In communities where BDR Group operates, we fund programs and build partnerships that align with our mission and theory of change, supporting the global shift toward a sustainable future. We operate like a start-up in the philanthropic space, actively seeking partnerships with organisations that complement our role and expertise to reach impact. Our current partners are Jeugdeducatiefonds, BDR Thermea Group, ROC/VTi, Windesheim, Remeha, Twente University, NewTechPark and WorldSkills. BDR Thermea Foundation is a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) / ANBI.
