Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ruth Forster and Charlotte Sykes came together to take their career coaching support online, creating BCC with a team of qualified affiliates.
Their mission: to provide online access to career coaching, CV writing, networking, LinkedIn tips, mental health guidance, interview preparation, and much more.
Four years later, the landscape has shifted. As the world evolved, so did their partnership, leading to the following announcement:
