BEabove Leadership Overview
Co-founded by Ann Betz and Ursula Pottinga, BEabove Leadership is an industry leader in training experienced coaches on the latest research on the neuroscience of human development and bringing the Seven Levels of Personal, Group and Organizational Effectiveness to individual and organizational clients. With the maturity of the coaching profession, it’s time for coaching programs designed specifically for experienced coaches, offering depth and rigor, and addressing both the art and science of coaching. It’s also time for coaches and their clients to understand why and how coaching works, based on current scientific research and the developing understanding of the brain. Neuroscience is more than the buzz word. It’s an amazing window into the complex workings of human beings, with implications for effectiveness, health, stress relief, growth, and of course, coaching and leadership. At BEabove Leadership, we say we teach neuroscience, but the truth is we see humans as a very complex system, a system that includes the brain but most certainly doesn’t stop there. When we look at the overall science of effectiveness, we see we must include the heart, the gut, the body itself, the way we are in relationship, and even things that can only be understood on the quantum level.
