We provide adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy for adults with adaptations for adolescents, DBT-Children, young adults, and a skills only group for recovering substance use disorder. We are excited to offer treatment for our children and teens over the age of 8 focusing on the use of mindfulness for anxiety and depression in coordination with traditional CBT. We have a team of Gottman trained therapists that provide marital care. We have many therapist trained in trauma treatment designed to heal PTSD including prolonged exposure, EMDR, and TFCBT.
