Bean & Barley was created with a common passion to enable independent cafe operators with the proper coffee program, equipment, skills development, and everything they need in order to provide the best quality coffee for their customers, because every Filipino should have access to quality coffee that has been crafted with care.
-Equipment-
Over the last decade, Bean & Barley has built expertise on equipment matching and support, and is most capable to service these machines because of a strong relationship with manufacturers, thus allowing for a direct knowledge transfer on maintenance.
-Training-
Bean & Barley believes that having the best equipment means a lot, but is meaningless without the proper knowledge and skill of the barista. The company has invested time and resources on highly technical barista
training under SCAE standards and has simplified this to translate seamlessly to the local workforce.
