Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, agility, pure coaching and mindfulness as well as other methodologies I help create safe, inspiring and transformative environments to help my clients maximise their potential.

I am the founder of T.A.L.A. Academy a training academy where we live and breath the principles of transformation, offering online transformation and discovery, mindfulness and health and esoteric courses as well as our 360 coach training.
