Bee Marketing and Events founded in April 2005 is a small company that offers personalised event management services and creative out of the box marketing solutions. Our clients vary from corporate multi national companies to small business owners. All our clients are on a project basis.
We have a wide range of experience ranging from competitive sporting and outdoor based team building events, seminars, product launches, trade promotions and award ceremonies to concerts, carnival band support and fundraisers.
Our signature event is Trinidad and Tobago Restaurant Week, a national annual culinary festival which is 100% owned by BeeME (https://www.facebook.com/TnTRestaurantWeek).
In addition to conceptualizing, coordinating and executing an event in its entirety we also provide support with any element of the event management process such as: on site co-ordination, planning, race management, invitation design and distribution, photography, decor, advertising, food and bar, sourcing of tokens, stage management etc. We can assist you with planning your event or take full charge alleviating you of all your event planning stresses!
As part of our Marketing Consultancy services we also provide Trade Promotion solutions. We have a diverse pool of models of varying ethnicities and ages to suit any product. We can conceptualise and execute an entire Trade Promotional Campaigns or simply provide the staff.
We have a pool of casual staff that we dip into to build the perfect team to execute projects based on requirements, no two projects are the same and each team is built and staffed to meet the client’s objectives. For services we do not provide internally we have a list of suppliers with whom we work. To select the best supplier for the project we request proposals from three different suppliers and then select the one that is best suited. . Security, cleaning, TV/Radio/signage production are some of instances where we would rely on external suppliers.
