Ben-Avid

The office develops national and international architectural projects of various scales and complexities: commercial spaces, galleries and exhibition halls, urban and metropolitan transport infrastructures, urban masterplans, etc. Among these are the Maritime Museum of Brazil in Rio de Janeiro and the Brazilian pavilion for the Expo 2020 Dubai, for which he received a nomination for the MCHAP - Mies Crown Hall Americas Prize and the prestigious Archdaily portal's Work of the Year award. Ben-Avid was selected in 2021 by the same portal as one of the 20 outstanding young studios worldwide. In 2022 the studio was selected as a finalist for the Debut Award at the Lisbon Millennium Triennale.
