When founder Hy Bergel, a personal injury law pioneer who has won multi-million dollar awards for personal injury victims, started his small practice over 50 years ago, he never imagined that it would become a labour of love for two generations. With a strong desire to help others, sons Andrew and Ilan grew up wanting nothing more than to be lawyers like their father. Upon graduation, son-in-law Jeremy Magence joined the practice, and soon after Bergel Magence LLP was established.
