Be Strong Together is a nonprofit led by university students, dedicated to making health education and mentorship more personal, joyful, and accessible for young girls.
We run a free, virtual program that delivers interactive, curriculum-based workshops on mental wellness, body image, movement, and self-confidence. Each participant is also paired with a mentor who supports her through consistent, small-group conversations built on trust and care.
Our mentors not only support wellbeing — they also lead by example. Through connection and representation, we hope to inspire every girl in our program to imagine new possibilities for herself, including the path to post-secondary education and big, bold dreams.
Since launching, we’ve supported over 300 families and built a team of 100+ university mentors across Canada. Our model combines structured health programming with meaningful relationship-building, creating a space where girls feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
We are not just teaching healthy habits. We are helping build a generation of confident young people who believe in their voices and value their future.
