Thirdly our management consists of qualified and experienced Mental Health nurses. Areas of expertise include Forensic, Learning disability and mild Autism in young and older adults in the community and in hospital wards. As auxiliary nurses and qualified nurses, we have provided care to people with complex physical comorbidities and complex mental health problems. We have witnessed a lot of bad practices of care provided to the most vulnerable people in our communities. Our passion is to put things right by delivering the best possible standards of care that people deserve. We are committed to ensuring that the people we care for are safe, and well cared for and that our service is effective, responsive and well-led. We work with our clients to develop their own personal support plans to enable them, as far as possible to retain their independence and to always retain their dignity. We continually strive to achieve the highest standards through the quality of our staff and their commitment and dedication to delivering care, support and companionship to all those whom they work with.
