Better Lives Training Limited offers training and consultancy services based on nearly 20 years experience within the social care and law enforcement settings. Alongside delivery of training, we provide consultation around internal policy and procedure relating to staff welfare in terms of Domestic Abuse, stalking and the associated effects. We provide guidance and support to complete work needed ahead of formal inspections and reviews in the areas of Vulnerability, Domestic Abuse and Stalking. We provide organisations with an open, honest, realistic and current assessment of need, and work with them to develop a package of short or longer term measures and actions which will improve their understanding of and response to the growing risk of domestic abuse perpetrators and stalkers. At Better Lives our passion is to share our knowledge, experience and expertise with other organisations in order to enhance their performance in relation to tackling Domestic Abuse and stalking. Our consultancy service is tailored to organisational needs and includes the development of internal policy and procedure, review of existing frameworks and identification of opportunities to improve. This is all completed taking account of relevant legislation and organisational priorities. We provide professional training in the areas of Domestic Abuse and Stalking. This training is insightful, authentic and will influence positive change and enhanced understanding in any organisation. The training explores risk identification and management and offers a powerful, impactive and educational opportunity for delegates. We provide an experienced and critical assessment of organisations’ current position and compliance with current/future legislative requirements, from there, we work with to form a report inclusive of recommendations which will empower organisations to be compliant in workforce safety, well-being and welfare in terms of Domestic Abuse.
