BETTER BOWLS is a Toronto-based wellness bowl meal delivery service built for busy professionals and parents who want to eat for health and longevity, but are just are short on time and energy.
Our Founder experienced this first hand during her decade long career at Ernst & Young LLP. Despite her knowledge of nutrition and commitment to healthy living, she couldn't find options that matched her standards: most lacked freshness, plant diversity, protein content, or unnecessarily long ingredient lists - and meals became repeitive and boring.
So at BETTER BOWLS, we're doing it different.
Our bowls are designed for speed and efficiency to meet the realities of weekday life and are ultra healthy.

1. Nutrition-Backed Ratios: for balanced blood sugar and sustained energy. We include complex carbohydrates, healthy fats (like tahini and extra virgin olive oil), and 25–35g of protein per bowl, while keeping total calories around 450–550.
2. Ingredient Transparency: Every bowl comes with a QR code linking to full ingredient and nutrition information (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats).
3. Guaranteed Plant Diversity: 10 plants in every bowl for gut health, better digestion, and long term wellness
4. Modern Flavours: Caitlyn is second-gen Italian, this is non-negotiable and the reason our repeat rate is so high.
