A partnership of redemptive educators; so we may never be without land, livelihood and legacy. Our flagship project is Start To Greatness program. The purpose of the program is to release youth from the oppression of being economically disenfranchised and the spiritual violence of being forced to do work they hate or are not good at due to career mismatch, work that contributes nothing to the world, or not work at all . The change we want to see in the world is to see people do the work they love, positively impact the world while doing it and prosper from their labor. Our responsibility is to provide unemployed and underemployed youth a platform where they can transform self, business and society. Our approach adopts the ADKAR change model and the first 90 days principle in interventions to create and sustain change. Transition between education and economic contribution by youth is becoming increasingly blurred, illustrative of the increasing number of unemployed youth. We believe transitions are a crucible for youth empowerment and should be managed with wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
