Beyond Borders is particularly interested in customizing opportunities for member’s choices and quality of life. We create and carry-out ‘person-first,’ services within the comfort, security, and dignity of their own home. We plan to serve the population of DDD in the context of Respite, Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Occupational Therapy.
While we are set out to meet the needs of the people we serve, the value of our services characterizes the nature of our operation. We have plans to empower all employees of Beyond Borders. It is imperative that we recruit, hire, equip, and retain staff to exemplify the heart and philosophy of Beyond Borders Human Development Services.
We recognize that there are quite a few moving parts to this industry and quite of few of people that are needed to accomplish the plans at hand, therefore we place a high emphasis on communication. Consistent, effective communication is needed to achieve open, ongoing, clear communications among members, families, providers, stakeholders and DDD staff.
Beyond Borders seeks to change the perception of the industry in which we serve in. We believe we can cultivate the culture of service and function in our organization starting with the owners and then filtering the staff that serve in the various positions occupied.
