For a low, predictable monthly fee per individual (listed right below), you will have access to YOUR personal doctor for all primary care needs, including virtually unlimited office visits. -Newborns to 18 years old: $15/month (with paying adult) -19-49 years old: $50/month -50-64 years old: $70/month -65 years old + : $80/month There are no enrollment fees, contractual obligations, additional copays, deductibles, or surprise hidden charges. Just excellent family medicine services. We offer early morning and late afternoon appointments by arrangement to avoid missed work, and we can manage most urgent care needs such as sick visits and minor injuries (including stitches) with NO additional charge.
