BGFIBank Cameroon began operations on 7 March 2011 with the opening of the Saphir branch in Douala. Today, the bank has 22 branches, a Business Centre and 5 cash points spread across the 10 Regions of the country: Littoral, Centre, West, North-West, South-West, South, Adamaoua, North, Far North and East. Since its launch, BGFIBank Cameroon has made service quality its top priority. It is therefore only natural that it has adopted a process-based organisation, with customer satisfaction as its cornerstone, through the continuous improvement and development of its products and services. In June 2017, Bureau Veritas awarded BGFIBank the precious seal of approval for ISO 9001 certification. This distinction makes BGFIBank Cameroon the first ISO 9001 version 2015 certified bank in Central Africa.
