We are an independent and highly respected law firm based in Somerset and providing legal services throughout the South West and beyond. We were formed almost 20 years ago as a result of a merger between Bartlett and Co established in Shepton Mallet in 1958 , Austin and Bath established in Glastonbury in the 19th century and owned at the time by Nick Gooding and Robin Weelen and Co established in Castle Cary in 1978 . Nick Gooding retired in 2004 but Bill Bartlett and Robin Weelen are still partners in the firm.
