We are a newly formed group which aims to fundraise and increase awareness about the local Birmingham St Mary's Hospice in Selly Park.
Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice is a charity that provides end of life care and support to people across Birmingham and Sandwell. They do this at their Hospice in Selly Oak and also in the community, aiming to give individuals more choice and support, whenever they require it. Costing about £8 million to run every year, our group aims to raise funds to ensure that individuals continue to receive vital end of life care.
We will aim to put on events such as bucket collections, pub quizzes, bake sales, music evenings, informative talks etc., all in aid of this important charity. Joining our group is a great way to give back to your local community, while gaining essential skills and meeting new people.
