Modern leaders are confronted with many challenges.
Expectations are:

✅ to increase the productivity & success of the team and constantly reduce expenses and work processes

But the reality is different in >80% of German-speaking companies!
Teams do not work independently, employees are not motivated and results are not really good.
The reality is that employees take little responsibility, are demotivated, do not feel seen, engage in unnecessary discussions or have inefficient working methods.
The consequences are stress, sick leave, conflicts and high staff turnover. This leads to managers being overwhelmed or frustrated and having no time for core activities due to all the micromanagement.
In order to develop a strong self-leading team as a manager, three areas must be given the highest priority:
