My name is Alex Biddle and I am the founder of Biddle Law. I am a thoughtful, hard-working attorney who was initially attracted to estate planning through love of family. My goal is to provide an unsurpassed level of customer satisfaction in order to foster a long-term relationship. The majority of my work is billed on a flat-fee basis—at very competitive rates—so you can proceed with certainty, knowing that you are getting a great deal. Other law firms bill exclusively by the hour, charging you hundreds of dollars simply for asking questions. My price includes as much time as you need to ask me questions so that you understand your estate plan. I will also take time with you to fund your trust—i.e., make sure that the trust owns your property. Without proper trust funding, your trust will not do what you intended it to.
