Based in Brighton, the company has expanded to operate Centres throughout Sussex, Maidstone, Tonbridge, High Wycombe, Ipswich, Colchester and Norwich, along with four Centres in the immediate Brighton area. Co-founders, brothers Mike and Peter Rayner still run the company, with a dedicated management team.
