Big City Bright Future gives IntoUniversity students in their final year of schooling or on a gap year the opportunity to undertake a three-week paid internship with in firms in various industries; such as financial services, investment banking, law, and marketing.
IntoUniversity is an organisation which supports the aspirations of young people from underrepresented backgrounds through local learning centres. Big City Bright Future enables students from such backgrounds the opportunity to stand out from the crowd and streamline their future aspirations.
The internship began in 2015 with an inaugural 15 students on the internship at Blackrock. In 2024, 121 students participated across 20 firms.
