The Big Ten Early Learning Alliance brings together early childhood experts at many of the nation’s Big Ten universities, representing 14 universities across 11 states.
The Alliance offers a unique and diverse perspective on contemporary early childhood policies and practices by convening scholars with expertise in educational psychology, teacher preparation, special education, early education policy and more.
We seek to collaborate on scientific activities that enhance and expand fundamental knowledge relevant to early childhood development and scientifically based policies and practices. We also promote the visibility of scientific discoveries relevant to early childhood, and their translation for use in policies and practices.
