Over the 11 years of the platform's operation, the Spilnokosht section has accumulated a community of 70 thousand benefactors and has become a platform where 600 project teams have attracted 72 thousand benefactors. The challenge of 2022 was the war, which catalyzed the renewal of the platform to create an influential ecosystem to strengthen the vitality of society through co-financing interesting projects, building skills of the future, and synergistic development of talents in teams. Teams joining the Big Idea platform learn to balance work in a hybrid environment through trust, relationships, and skills. The Big Idea participation platform is coordinated by the Garage Gang team, which builds an expanded dialogue with a network of partners on post-war transformation in the interests of local communities and national cohesion, and the involvement of women and veterans.
