I support my clients in contemplating with a new angle the equation of their value, and in unlocking their full potential as an individual and as an organization.
The equation of value:
V = (K+S+P)*A
Your value is dependent on the following parameters :
✅ Your Knowledge (K)
✅ Your Skills (S): Hard skills and Soft skills
✅ Your Potential (P): A large pool of unidentified or unrealized resources
The main critical parameter in this equation, is the A, as it triggers a multiplifier effect.
A stands for :
✔️Attitude
✔️Audacity
✔️Assertiveness
It is your attitude and your behavior facing a challenge, an obstacle or a change that will make a difference.
You can have fantastic internal resources to leverage on (i.e. Knowledge and Skills), but if your mindset (your Attitude, Audacity and Assertiveness) is weak, then it will prevent you from unlocking your potential and maximize your value.
However, if you have less internal resources from the start (i.e. Knowledge and Skills), but your mindset is stronger, then you will authorize yourself to dare! Dare to learn, dare to start new initiatives, and… dare to be successful?
