We specialise in innovative haematology, clinical immunology and intensive care medicine, and develop, manufacture and distribute plasma proteins and biotherapeutics. The key raw material for our medicines is human blood plasma, which we collect primarily from our own plasma collection centres in Europe and process into potent and highly purified medicines in one of Europe's most modern facilities. These are used to treat life-threatening diseases such as blood-clotting disorders (haemophilia), serious infections or disorders of the immune system.
