Founded by Russell Headech, a recovering Bipolar patient and mental health advocate. Russell aims to bring together communities to bridge the gap of mental health awareness, primarily focusing on Bipolar Illness.
At the age of 25, Russell was diagnosed with Bipolar type 1 and was a regular resident at the Institute of Mental Health. He recollects, when being first diagnosed, the difficulty of understanding the illness.
His goal, to bring Bipolar patients together, to share stories and be on the journey of recovery as one.
