B.L. Bag Line offers complete technical solutions for the packaging of solid materials, liquids and powders into industrial bags by incorporating BL manufactured FFS baggers which use various types of roll stock film. BL FFS baggers perform two seals when using tubular roll stock film and perform either 3 or 4 seals when using flat roll stock film. B.L. Bag Line FFS baggers use roll stock made of polyethylene, polypropylene, flat film and laminated:
- High performance net weight scales: gravity, belt, auger or vibratory pan, fed;
- Bagging machines FFS up to 2800 bags/hour;
- Valve and open mouth bagging machine;
- Net and gross weight Big Bag filling station;
- High and low level palletizer, ROBOT and pick & place for bags, bundles, boxes, buckets, ecc.. ;
- Stretch wrapper;
- Stretch and Shrink hooders;
- Accessories and conditioning conveyors.
