Black Professionals in Life Science (BPLS), formerly known as BPiH is an organisation that empowers ethnically diverse professionals in Life Sciences through networking, mentorship, coaching and career development initiatives. Mission Statement: At BPLS, our mission is to close the ethnic diversity gap in the life sciences industry by providing unwavering support, resources, and opportunities to Black and ethnically diverse professionals. Together, we are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive environment where talent knows no boundaries. Vision Statement: Our vision is a future where the Life Science industry mirrors the rich diversity of our society. By 2035, we envision a UK Life Science workforce where Black and other Ethnically diverse professionals not only have representation but also thrive in leadership roles.
