Our inspiration 💡: BWE recognizes the lack of opportunities, guidance, and networks specifically for black women within the engineering community, and its founders, Elsa Tcheuyap and Memma Uponi decided to work towards a change.
Our mission 👑: Our mission is to create a network of black women studying or practicing engineering that is first of its kind. BWE aims to offer support to black women studying engineering while also providing them with tools and resources to succeed within their streams, connect with professionals, and make a successful transition into the engineering profession.
