DiversityNow, Inc (formerly BlackHispanicInterviewCoaching) is a non-profit organization based in the United States and United Kingdom that promotes diversity in the workplace and helps undergraduates from diverse backgrounds win job offers with the world's most prestigious employers. Our interview coaches have landed job offers and built careers at the companies everyone wants to work for. We are funded by employers, and spend our money paying interview coaches who want to give something back and to promote diversity. We are supported by Career Services directors at US colleges & British universities. Founded by Scott Harrison in 2015, our service began in 2015, and since then has helped countless students prepare for interviews at world-leading companies.
