BlackWatch Partners is a Dallas-based real estate operating and investment company that leverages experience and knowledge as building operators and owners that generate superior returns with minimized risk for our investors and partners. Our investment strategy primarily focuses on leveraging our relationships to identify well-located multi-tenant office and mixed-use assets in southern and southwestern markets that have historically strong job growth, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Atlanta and Miami (“Target Cities”).
Formed in 2011 by a successful and experienced team of real estate professionals. After several years of spearheading successful commercial real estate projects in Dallas-Fort Worth and across the southern U.S., we devised a strategic formula to identify value add investment opportunities for BlackWatch and our partners. The greatest value we bring to the table is our relationships, and the ability to recognize underperforming assets and execute creative and innovative strategies to create value.
