Our mission is to expand access to outpatient behavioral health care services for adolescents and adults struggling with acute mental health challenges by providing a strong continuity of care that includes convenient, innovative and high-touch individual and group services.
Through our roster of brands, Blended Health looks to close significant gaps in intermediate mental health care services across the nation. This includes but is not limited to medication management, partial-hospital programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) group services, and outpatient counseling services.
The Blended Health model allows for a more intensive therapy option than traditional mental health care. We partner with hospitals, in-patient facilities, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, schools, veteran organizations and other mental health practices to provide continuous care for individuals experiencing mental challenges.
