The Blockchain Association of Africa (BAA) has been the voice of Blockchain technology in Africa since 2014, incorporated in 2018. We speak for an industry that aims to touch the daily lives of Every African in every corner of the continent — by providing solutions to everyday problems, providing much needed jobs, career opportunities in technology, and by investing in the communities we serve in accross Africa.
Our Offices are based in South Africa and satellite offices in Uganda and Nigeria , this is where we run our daily operations from, our members however come from South Africa , Nigeria , Lesotho, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ghana to name a few
Chaired by Ms.Naliwe Soko one of the leaders in Crypto and blockchain development in Africa as many have come to known her, with her leadership and the our CEO , Mr.Naveenraj Challa have together made many strides along with other board members in the Blockchain environment in Africa.
As the Blockchain Association of Africa we have signed an MOU with Africa Technology Network to help develop Africa's Blockchain technology including Africa's own crypto currency called Africa Trade coin and the Social Security Coin. these two crypto currencies will help unite Africa as a continent and allow the easy access to finance for personal and trade.
