BEE has ambitious plans to be the go-to job board for hiring entities to find and acquire talent. We will offer roles from discord moderators/community managers, right the way through to high end developers. Any job that is required within web3, we will look to advertise them. From an education standpoint, our end state model is to be able to facilitate someone completely brand new to web3, provide advice/insights (along with the educational frameworks) to help them better understand the market they are entering. We will offer courses (again ranging from moderators and community managers to full scale developers and more expert coding roles). This will be through series video content, course modules and instructor lead workshops. We are able to cater to all types of skillsets and experience, so we will be providing educational content for a very wide range of roles within the space. We will establish campaigns to identify and attract an untapped pool of talent that is not currently involved within the web3 ecosystem. We will leverage our educational infrastructure to onboard new users to web3 and provide the resources to enable their development of web3 skills to provide hiring entities with a consistent source of talent to aid in building and scaling their project.
