BlockTech Guild London (BTL) is the UK’s largest student-run hub of blockchain enthusiasts, with a community of 10,000+, currently based at UCL, LSE, KCL and Imperial. We believe that the blockchain talent gap is the single most important roadblock preventing the healthy adoption of blockchain. Our mission as a registered non-profit NGO is to educate students and organisations to drive the adoption of blockchain. FOR STUDENTS - we prepare the future generation of professionals. We work with them through an educational pipeline comprised of four steps. 1. ENGAGE Build valuable connections with the UK’s leading community of blockchain enthusiasts by coming to our world-class speaker series, socials, meet ups and networking sessions. 2. LEARN Learn blockchain at our student and professional-run workshops, learning groups and a chapter-by-chapter course. 3. WORK Work with blockchain in our Labs team, doing real-word consulting and R&D alongside our academia and industry partners. 4. IMPACT You now have the theoretical knowledge, work experience on real blockchain project, and network, to either get hired by our partners or start your own blockchain enterprise. FOR ORGANISATIONS - we empower them to adopt blockchain, while cutting down the risks, costs and time spent assessing the value of their blockchain projects and finding appropriate talent. 1. R&D and SUPPORT Our team of PhD, MSc and BSc developers are exploring blockchain use-cases and supporting research and implementation projects. 2.
