I'm Nawal, a passionate, open-minded and hearted Yoga Teacher.
In 2013, I've started to practice yoga and it literally changed my life in every possible way. Since, I've been practicing different yoga styles such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
In 2020 I've decided to spread my love for yoga into the world by following a 200HR Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training, followed by another 60HR Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course.
I teach Yin and Yang yoga classes fluently in French, Dutch and English. I give in_person and online all levels themed classes, individually and in small groups, in order to pay full attention to the needs of every yogi.
