Blue Marble Ice Cream is a USDA certified organic company that manufactures a artisanal/handcrafted ice cream that is super premium and uses the best ingredients possible.
This means our ice cream is free from GMO's, pesticides, and artificial flavors/colors.
Our sugar is Fair Trade certified, our cocoa comes from the farmer-owned CONACADO Cooperative in Dominican Republic.
Our cream is sourced from organic farms in upstate New York. We manufacture our ice cream in Rhode Island and Brooklyn, using the traditional technique of low temp-long time pasteurization that retains the healthy enzymes in the dairy and results in the old fashioned flavor and smooth texture we are so well known for.
We have been included on Food and Wine's list of top ice creams in the U.S. for many years now (and acclaimed many more times in the press), and we are proud to say that our product really and truly is the very best ice cream out there.
