The Bluebell Federation is a Federation of three schools and a Sports Hub based in East Sussex.
We have developed our leadership experience through many years, working with not only schools who need support to bring about improvement, but those that are looking to revolutionize learning experiences. We have developed our own Bluebell way of bringing about change through helping others to blossom.
How do we do this?
We look through a magnifying glass into areas of school life with school leaders allowing for professional dialogue throughout the process. We then support leaders with how to make changes with practical next steps such; as creating action plans together, signposting where expert help can be found, or carrying out deeper audits where needed, plus much more.
We offer 1:1 school improvement focused coaching sessions - specialising in working with Headteachers and Heads of School.
